I guess I'm not the only one who did a animation of Minccino tickling Pikachu. I did a poster of this last year on April and it's based on the episode "Neat and Tidy" where Pikachu is trying to resist the tickles from Minccino's tail. I'm disappointed that he didn't laugh, not even a smile. So I made this in SFM: https://www.deviantart.com/rolexroc.....SFM-877813224. However, it's not enough. Which is why I planned to revisit this and animate it. I try recreating it, with the only difference here is Pikachu loses burst out laughing just like the other Pokemons. And the end result is not accurate but close enough.
