This guy... has no name. I blame the idea of a dude with a (badly drawn ._.) robo-arm on, of all things, a vandal on Wikipedia who seems to be obsessed with calling Steven Blum (Spike Spiegel, Roger Smith, etc.) "Power Ude" (Arm)

I think Gundam may have affected me, because for some reason I can't shake off the feeling that he looks a bit like Shin Asuka.

Also: HANDS SUCK. I hate drawing them, and that left hand on this dude is just tragic.
