He’s a Visigoth so runic script and Nordic phrases make less sense, but it felt cool. Made this while listening to a lot of dungeon synth and black metal, since I've been returning to my deep interests in that kind of stuff.
Here's a personal favorite.
Cheers!

Thanks! I've been recently slowly working through some of the artists that I've heard were really influential to DS, and that of course brought me to black metal. Being a huge fan of heavily distorted guitars and yelled vocals, I quickly found I enjoyed it x3 -- as well as the fact that really it comes off like DS but with electric guitars!
Hmmm, as far as DS goes, my favorites are mainly two albums, though I adore it all for the most part! I think I linked one of the albums in this post's description, and the other is Canterbury Tales, I just love how they made an EPIC of an album and tied it to an incredible book! Oh, Witches Haunt (i think that was their name) kicks so much ass too heheh.
And for black metal, I've been needing to poke around more, but so far even though the guy behind it seems to have some pretty poor views Burzum is great, I like how he'll break up an album with some calm synth, gives you a moment to relax after such heavy sounding music.
If you have any recommendations for either genre I'd love to listen to them! I'm very much a newbie as far as Black Metal goes but I've been browsing about DS for a while ^^

Well, black metal is not a top favorite metal subgenre for me, but many of my favorite metal bands have elements of black metal in them.
As for dungeon synth, I prefer bands that feature Medieval instrumentation and/or styles within their music. Favorites include Fief, Sequestered Keep, Utred, and Morgan the Bard.
If you use Telegram or Discord, I could easily provide you links to good bands. If not, I can post them here.
