Singer and Coyote on a rooftop of Keystone. The city's been mostly abandoned to the use of the Bitten, while Central is where the UnPhased have gathered over the years, as there are far too few humans left to maintain both cities. Being without proper care, except for a few sporadic attempts by an unorganized pack-force every few Shifts, the city's architecture is slowly falling apart, and the electricity is sporadic at best. Singer's just lighting up the night, as he does. (You can BET he has something to say about all this!)
