Oh, it's very exciting! Just ask Lt. Leslie, Lt. Marple, Lt. Kaplan, Lt. Hendorff, Lt. Mallory, Ens Rizzo, Ens Haskell, Ens. Dern, Lt. Yar, Lt. Monroe, Lt. Hawk, Lt. Branson... On the Enterprise, Operation's slogan has always been, "Today is a good day to die!" (In fact, I'm pretty sure that was an Ocudagram in one episode or other.)
If you profile picture says anything about you maybe you will change your mind when you see this --> http://media.photobucket.com/image/.....ec/DSCN001.jpg "the xindi insectoid from star trek enterprise season 3"
*blinks* Chirp? Well, Jedi knights are fun, but Star Fleet is more sophisticated, more fun to play with. Hey, did you just try that Jedi suggestion thing on me? Just because I'm an otter doesn't mean I'm simple-minded! Anyway, I prefer Jedi and it's not cheating, it's just an advantage. *huh*
Point of information, NoxTigress.
The Jedi of the original trilogy (the real Jedi, to a lot of fans) were more warriors than the Jedi of the prequel trilogy. The Obi-Wan of A New Hope, for example, cut Dr. Evazan’s arm off when Dr. Evazan was picking on Luke.
(Jedi were made pacificists in the prequel trilogy, as part of the disastrous decision to make Star Wars a children’s film.)

Thank you for that but I am fully versed in the ins and outs of the Jedi in Star Wars canon, with knowledge that extends far beyond the scope of just the movies.
I also know they don't tend to often hug trees either. Which is why the line was supposed to be taken as a "funny-haha" instead of as serious.
