I assembled this for  bluemoondreams as part of her Snow Queen costume.
It's a simple combination of an LED garden lamp and a smaller LED torch.

The torch was drilled out and de-soldered, the lamp pushed through, and connections carefully soldered.
Trickiest bits were working on very limited abouts of wire as the stainless tube of the lamp is too narrow to let the wire bunch up more than about 4-5mm. Getting the torch switch back in place was also tricky as it had to be manuvered while holding the button depressed inside the housing to make it clear the outside button.

The torch battery retaining spring can be a little touchy, but tapping the end re-seats it and the whole thing works again.

Held together simply with two-part epoxy, carefully applied.
