Something I was toying with yesterday and a bit today thanks to
Juno-King's advice on brushes. Also added a layer of canvas to make it look all comic book-like texture. It was waaaaaayyyy faster thanks to his advice. <3
Now if only I had the time to do the comic soon. Perhaps in winter? :/

There are actually a bunch of halftone textures you can find that make a more authentic comic book texture.

I used the small one as a tile, copypasting in PS until it covered the canvas, flattening the layers, then turning it 45 degrees and copypasting THAT until it refilled the canvas. Then, I messed around with the layer blend. http://imgur.com/nyWk7.jpg Top is Soft Light, bottom is Hard Mix with 30% opacity.
