There's not many solutions that I'd say have 100% chance of eliminating art block. The thing that works for me the most is going out to just walk. listening to some music also works to bump up the inspiration.
Even if that doesn't work for you, don't stress on it. Sometimes art block is just temporal, and you'll have to wait it out or try other methods
