It's also the first completed artwork that features Talon's minor redesigns, compared to the long standing previous version.
Changes include! Black sclera \ ironic collar (Explained below) \ less stud a bit more dad bod \ slightly different hair style \ with a little fade in there now.
So the collar. It says "Property of Talon Rose" on it - it's a higher grade version of the same collar he gives his cute little pets - this is meant to be ironic, but also signify that he belongs to himself and himself only - freedom boy. That sends a message that you can't have him as a pet, anyway :-P. There being a physical collar also further drives home the point that you can't collar him.
