You will recive the animated icons in webm for telegram settings, Gif , and the drawing in png.

To install the incon in telegram, use only the mobile device, install the WEBM file.
For the sticker can use any platform, desktop is recommended, also use the WEBM file, any questions to install as animated sticker can look for me.
