Youngest son of Jianyu "Skye" Chong (whoever gets the reference can have a cookie), second in command of the House of the Tidal Dragoon. 15-year-old skunk teen, bashful as a kitten, only ever stern when a brawl is brewing, to the point he's almost scary to see turning on a heel. He never lets go of his trusty blue bandana, even when wearing his street garbs. The reason why is a secret he dares not divulge with most.
