And christ on a bike is it not as good as I thought it was when it was new. First of all, the fuck is that background? Combined with the drop shadow it looks like she's some kind of cardboard cutout attached to a peg board, what the hell was I thinking? And I def dunno why I thought it was a better idea to make her fish half a Kryptonian Eel than it would be to just base her tail on her costume and turn her belt and cape into her fins, that took way more thought and imagination, and even kinda works since that might be possible in some continuities. I mean, if Nuclear Man was created already wearing a costume because a sample of Superman's costume was also used in the cloning process, then that implies that in at least the old movies there's some genetic element to the Kryptonian suits, making them potentially susceptible to mutation. Though I don't think that works here since I used the JLU design and I'm pretty sure in that continuity she made the costume herself using Earth materials, but now I'm just being a nerd.
