That moment when the DM makes a little shit of an NPC as a throwaway, but then the players really like him. So the DM makes him a pony version of himself in a different D&D campaign that he's playing in as a distraction from the REAL character he's playing.
This is Kilnreth, originally a tiefling, now a bat pony. This NPC is a little shit, but he’s OUR little shit. All he needs is a smack on the back of the head and to be told to shut up and eat his vegetables.
