I gotta ask Chevy why they can't make a car that will last over 200,000 miles so I can get more than 14 years out of it. Cheap shit! ;)
Actually it's a blessing that it still ran before I sold it. 8 1/2 years of no car payments, few breakdowns, beat the life out of this for all I could. It served me well and owes me no more. May it rest in pieces.

They stopped making Corsicas so it got very hard to find replacement parts. Reliability; this one surprised me back when it was newer. I miss the power, it had a nice passing gear when i gunned it. Never got stuck in deep snow or fish-tailed. It's got nothing for features tho.
Salt is the culprit. they use a very corrosive salt in Maine. last time i saw this car's brake pads they looked like swiss cheeze. I saw salt caked up under the car but it's usually too far below freezing for a car wash. That is if i didn't want to wake up and discover all my doors and locks frozen.
