Here is  utopiax's Sangheili OC, Viro 'Datamai, a member of the Swords of Sanghelios clad in Forerunner styled Spec Ops armor. The gauntlet you see on his left arm is what's called the "Photon Crucible". A Forerunner artifact that allows him to construct anything he wants, as long as the device has enough hardlight to fuel it.
