This is Lilian, a Namazak. Namazaks are cosmic entities whose purpose is the upkeep of balance in the Universe (among other very numerous things). Each Namazak is associated with a specific concept, often pertaining to an emotion or other state of mind. Namazaks may also be composed of multiple other Namazaks, either through mutually beneficial combination or downright consumption of each other.
Lilian is an evil "Dark" Namazak who set out to permanently alter the balance of the cosmos towards darkness. Through her meeting with Fyre and subsequent failure of her plans, she unwittingly embarks on a self-improvement journey which will forge her into a true keeper of the very balance she once despised.
One of the first steps of this journey is receiving a new body (Namazaks usually don't have one of their own and instead rely on snatching one from vulnerable and convenient hosts) attuned with her soul which allows her to transcend her appointed purpose and fully express her cosmic heritage.
Forged in the Omniversally-renowned Laboratories of Fyre 2α (master of Technology) with the help of Fyre 6γ (master of Life) the new body is Fyre's ultimate masterpiece, a perfect fusion of cybernetics and biology, of pico-scale nanotechnology and living patterns, giving rise to a unique creature capable of undertaking even the most strenuous task.
Oh, and it allows Fyre to make the stupidest of sounds come right from her mouth at the push of a button, and similar pranks.
Ah, and she's also Lux's (who you've already seen here and here) biological mom... dad... parent, albeit in a very convoluted way involving extremely in-depth dynamics of how cosmic entities work in the setting.
I know she's giving the cutest of bleps, but please be advised that petting is done at your own risk. I apologise, no vore in this one. This is one of my other main interests, mecha design, although here it's quite different from my usual style since it follows a very organic shape language for reasons the lore bits above might have made a little more clear.
I made this a while back, when Lilian became one of the main characters in the world 
alitaberserker and I share and she desperately needed a visual reference to fully imagine her in the story.
She's long, sleek and slender, with a very sharp, tense look which goes very well with her dangerous personality.
There's an obligatory forked tongue for flicking and hissing menacingly to go with the cobra-inspired 'hood' which can be flared up and held in a wide range of poses to fully convey her emotions.
The body itself takes the very best features of both living tissue and technological devices, combining simple yet extremely powerful mechanics with the versatility and self-regulation of organic systems, giving in to evolutionary complexity without giving up the efficiency of an intelligent design.
Lilian can thus perform all the functions you would expect from a living being, which she in fact is, such as eating (in green the digestive tract), sleeping and reproducing (in purple, the reproductive chambers).
The yellow spheres are power nodes, hot spots in the body where energy is stored and concentrated.
The weird rainbow-y bit are her wings, the membranes of which are made of a sheet of magnetically confined plasma, projected by the floating wing arm, itself held in place and maneuvered through magnetic modulation.
