Eeeyyy, I finally get to show another drawing from the 3rd gen Pokemon set I did way earlier this year! I love spheal so much, definitely one of my faves - so of course I had to draw some. I'm still very happy with the idea and scene, but with the lighting I bit off a bit more than I could chew... I wanted to go for this "there's a hole in the ceiling above the water" look, but I couldn't make it work quite the way I wanted. Maybe I should have made the foreground even darker and/or more desaturated? Welp, guess I'll have to do more research and studies when I attempt something like this next time!
