Well the old body is totally trashed, I managed to save the hood as a trophy though. now my tank adorns a new body, a Proline Ford F-150, I did all the paintwork myself, and I gotta say I think the truck came out too pretty to race, so I gotta get a second body, also I got some rims to mount the nice BFG tires on, and the truck looks a little more scale now, I love how it's starting to look. on a final note, after breaking the right hand steering caster, I replaced both of them with new TRX aluminum ones, these should hold up a ton better

really easy, this is the first RC body I did the paint on, and it came out looking stellar, all you do is paint the under side, and put something over the paint to protect it from the tires, it should be sweet, to tell the truth, the hardest part was trimming the body to fit the truck just right
Okay. I think mine is lacking the sealant over the paint on the underside. Because on mine, the paint is wearing off the rear fenders right above the tires where it sits lower.
But I suck at painting, so I was just going to buy pre-painted ones as soon as I have more money. I read that Slayer bodies will fit on the Slash, so that gives me more of a variety...
