Believe me I feel the same way!
Having seen Clydesdale hitches in person four times in my life its a memorable experience that sticks with me. The sound of eight horses worth of hooves clopping on the ground and the sheer size of those horses is nuts when you can't even see over their backs. Pulling the beer wagon behind them, its like they aren't even trying with how strong they are.
So what if all of them had twelve hooves instead? It'd be so loud for sure and just make them even more a spectacle passing by.
