For context, a few days ago I was made aware that a small trucking company called "Hustling Horse Transport" used one my images of Lightning as their company logo on the side of one of their trucks. We've had no prior arrangement regarding this, so I emailed them to take it down and I'd offer my services to create a replacement. I have yet to receive a response.

That's an interesting and (kinda) funny story at the same time; I hope that the company that took that illustration without your permission will remove it and offer you the job of creating the replacement for said illustration, as you say; I wish you luck on that. Leaving that aside, I must say that Lightning, in each one of these photos, looks THICC, (kinda?) firm, cute, (kinda) chubby, sexy, (very) gorgeous, (kinda) toned and stunning; great work. <3
I hope you get a response and that they want to actually commission her for their own use I would be so amused that a picture of mine is actually good enough for a logo don't make them take it down convince them that they want more from you that way accidental piracy turns into a repeat commissioner
