I was commissioned to model this guy. I haven't watched The Three Cabelleros since I was like 6 years old. I have very vague fragmented memories of this movie. I remember Donald meeting this guy first, then the red bird, and I think there was a scene where Donald watched a real-life woman with a fruit hat dance. I have to rewatch it at some point.
