Star was going about her day when she had to get something from her closet, much to her surprise she remembered the Toffee finger she had tossed in there...when she found Toffee himself fully regenerated inside. She was quick to pull out her wand and capture him with the golden ropes spell which not only held him captive, but also paralyzed his movement. Now Toffee is not only tied up tightly, but he's frozen solid like a statue and tightly gagged. Star then headed out to find Marco and inform him of her findings.
