My friend on Steam/Discord WolfActual made this for me when we were discussing custom profile portraits. He went with a banner styled portrait and I chose that of a Private Military Contractor. The Viperwolves are a PMC or a Resistance faction. I initially wanted it to be Resistance as a custom faction in an X-COM 2 fanfiction.
