Part of Thomas' branch line runs alongside the road. Thomas would usually see Bertie racing along the road, but today a flashy, sleek car that Thomas had never seen before came speeding beside him. "That must be one of those new-fangled "Hot Rods" driver talks about." Said Thomas. He whistled a greeting "Isn't it a nice day to be out and about?" he cried to the hot rod.

"It sure is a good day to be riding about." came a voice from the car "And if you're gonna ride, ride in style!" the voice added as the car sped off down the road. Thomas was surprised "I couldn't see anyone in the car." Thomas thought to himself "But something was talking, surely it couldn't have been the car, it had no face." Thomas' mind was full of questions as he puffed on to the next station.


Alongside my AEG James, I got the Legacy core Hot Rod. It's not as bad as I once thought, but it could use a lot of painted details to make it better. Anyhow, It scales quite well with a good amount of my Thomas merchandise, so I knew I had to get a pic like this one, and I did. And now here I am showing it to you all.
