I'm not ;3 I own a wii, but rarely use it. It has some good games (RE4 wii version, SSBB and Madworld are examples) but after playing around with it it feels... awkward.

The Wii was never trying to compete with the other two systems. The company went in it's own direction, and now PS3 and 360 are trying to catch up with the sales figures and great susess of the Wii.

So, you see, if the Wii sucks so much, WHY IS THE PS3 AND 360 TRYING TO EMULATE THE WII? WHY HAS THE WII OUTSOLD BOTH THE PS3 AND 360 COMBINED?

I personally have never had any issue with my 360, and it's first gen. I've also rather enjoyed the games that I purchased for it.

Dead Rising - I very much do not count the bastardized Wii version that came later.
Beautiful Katamari - PS3 development for this particular Katamari game was canceled.

Chromehounds was fairly fun.
Fable 2 - Molyneux never delivers his promises but still not a bad game.
Halo - A few titles in the series are 360 only. I don't play it but a lot of people do. Personal opinion of these people doesn't count.

The racing games, I can't comment on being solid or not (Forza, Project Gotham, etc) as I am not into racing games and really don't follow how good they may or may not be.

Third, Saints Row was on the PS3 as well.

Barely inferior? The PS3 doubles as a Blue-Ray DVD player, to watch Hi-Def movies, something that the 360 cannot ever do. That's a BIG inferiority right there. 360's IBM Xenon cannot even hold a CANDLE to the PS3's Cell. 8 cores are definitely better than 3. the PS3 can perform almost DOUBLE the Floating Operations Per Second compared to the 360. That's not "barely inferior." That's some major computing power difference that the 360 lacks.

You have a rarity: a 360 that doesn't give you the Red Ring of Death. Most 360's have problems built into the hardware that render it an inferior product.

Macro$haft cares nothing about the consumer. They just want your money. Hell the company was founded on lying and stealing.

The PS3 does not charge their customers access to their network, yet you NEED a subscription for X-box Live.

not to cut in, but realisticly, most operating systems suck. Macs are for retards that have no sense of individuality. Windows is for people that want everything customized and personalized, but the cost of that is countless glitches and a requirement for constant upgrades and software repairs. Linux is for people that want to do nothing but make viruses, and that's it. Realisticaly, there's no decent OS out there (that I know of). All that have a great advantage end up with a flaw that makes you want to pound your face into the keyboard. And about the consoles, I can't say that I prefer any one over the other. They both have flaws and awes just like the operating systems. I don't own all of them, but each of them owns their own small selection of half-way decent games and then oceans of shit games.

examples of ps3 greats, InFamous, Uncharted 1 and 2, Resistance 1 and 2, Ratchet and Clank Future series, killzone, LBP, and not to mention that 3d games. also playstation online play is free. also i enjoy the wii. I have house of the dead 2 and 3 and i love arcade shooters like those. personally, i think microsoft just wanted to earn a quick buck by releasing the 360 early and its going to only end in disaster.

Wii, and Kinnect are rip offs of the idea of the eye toy, and the wand, both made by sony. The Move is the finished product. So ya sony had their motion controller in development longer.

But there was very little support for the eye-toy, and it didn't quite work too well. The Wii took the idea, and solidified it with the Wiimote. Then Move came about, which essentially is a better, and more functional version of the Wiimote, and it looks pretty promising.

Sorry for not reading comments till now, but the red ring of death was killed with the slim lol, and who wears black to play kinnect, when I play Wii I'm in pajamas or work clothes most the time lol. Personally I got a Wii its ..ok... but the other systems look a lot more appealing, of course I got an Xbox 360 slim for the Fable series(waited a long time to find out Fable 2 was not coming out for PC), not to dance in a game. I can dance like a fool in real life just fine. You kind of sound like one of the annoying people I met at the apple store when I had to help my friend find an adapter, your facts were there, just out of date, and horribly biased.

Also I'm not sure what the overall sales are at now, but what I saw back when I cared was Wii only out sold the other 2 systems its opening 2 years, all the sites compared its first years versus the 360 and PS3 first years. Which is easily explained with the fact its cheaper, that's why I got one over a 360 as my first new age console, and it was unique. Wii has kind of gotten stale, last game I bought and enjoyed was Ghost-busters, and I actually own games for PS3 and I don't even own one lol.

Wii is in last place in my book, only plus it has left is a cheaper price tag and the hope that one day it will have a new Zelda that's worth playing.

the only reason that the wii has sold more is because it is more family friendly and is cheaper because of its "OLD TECH" now i will admit that the ps3 is nice for many reasons ex.(its blue ray, free wi fi...) now the 360 is bad for the glitches but it has the best online play games and online. now how i see it as now the rank of the console but preference, if you want blue ray and free wi fi then go with the ps3, if your buying for a family then the wii all the way, and for online play the the games 360. i don't think that any console is better just preference.

Then, in the shipping confirmation for the completely generic items, include a download link for printable artwork for the box and CD label. The URL would have no restrictions on who can access it; it's technically public and will no doubt be pirated within minutes, but the only people who have a USE for it would be people who'd bought the blank box.

All completely optional--you could just get yourself a blank box and CD-ROM at normal prices and use those... but by buying the overpriced version from Aval0nX, you'd effectively be making a donation in the amount of the difference between the inflated price and what you'd pay elsewhere for the blank box.

Nothing being actually sold would involve copyrighted content at all, since it'd just be the blank stuff, with all copyrighted characters being only in free content. And yet at the end of the day the creators of the game would have more money and the players who chose to donate so would have a physical copy.

Idea: Since you can't legally sell the game itself... Instead sell blank CD-ROMs and blank boxes like that, then on request send out free label images to print on them so players can burn their own "physical copy".

Oh this is great, your beating the big companies at their own game. As someone said before, the blank stuff is the taxed items where teh costs actually occur. So anyone who buys the blanks from you, isnt buying the blanks frome someone that you are Not getting money from. Then inside each case you have a PGP key. for that case. Downloads occur with teh combination of the Persons PGP key, The Case PGP key, and Your PGP key.. meaning ever item is unique, but totally seperated from any hardware or software (runtime) requirements? Just need to solve the end of days problem, where tehres no more registration.. but maybe a Library of Congress stored master PGP key would handle that?
