A fallen angel.
Rexx, a canine creature once born with wings - left damaged by attackers and the abuse of time itself. ~
Can be feral or anthro, long tail with stub/damaged wings that are wrapped tight in bandages.
He's trying to find his place in this world, with little success. ~
Mentally unstable, depressed and doesn't really care about anything. Seeming to be immortal - the fact he can't die is a huge torment.
Existing is turmoil, but sometimes there can be that small voice of hope.
Comes across as shy, withdrawn but angry.
