I redesigned him based on my Dcuo character. He's an adult and a pro hero, with a better outfit (who let him wear normal pants and jacket as a hero?). He also has the upgrades for his quirk in both hands, but he can do the pose he's doing now to shoot a stronger and more precise lightning.He also dyed his hair a little, I thought it'd look cool
Also he works with Sero, who carries him with his tape around the city
