Taregan the Tribal Tyrannosaurus
Taregan was hatched and raised by a very sophisticated tribe called Rahains. They trained him how to hunt, both his feral way, and using techniques they showed him. They fed him, took care of him as if they were his real parents. This tribe also is quite advanced in terms of medicine and even do some magic.
He can do a few tricks, but he's still learning how to perfect them even to this day. One trick he's gotten very good at is his cover trick for disappearing. He can summon a thick smoke that'll drop visibility in the direct area down to near zero, allowing him or any tribe members with him to make a quick getaway if they need to.
He can also do a few tricks with fire, as well. Not only can he summon it in his mouth, which is because of a literal fire being in and part of his heart, thanks to some magic from the tribe. As one might've wondered, he can indeed breathe said fire. But he can also essentially "hold" the fire in his mouth infinitely, and keep his mouth open. Some have joked as it being a portable fire and infinite torch fuel.
The handprints on his arm were given to him once he'd made his first ever successful hunt on his own. The handprint on his face, as well as the blue ring around it, were put on him by one of his best friends, a very young girl within the tribe. His heart was warmed that day and he was so happy that he could call her part of his tribal family.
Where he got his collar from is unknown, but it is unique. It is mechanical, and will automatically adjust its size and stretch out depending on how big of a meal he is swallowing down. However, this does occasionally malfunction and not work, resulting in a rather tight fit for the prey or meat he's eating, and a lot of hefty swallows from him to get them past it. Luckily, it doesn't cause him to choke and it is entirely impossible to break or even be weakened at all, but he has gotten used to the occasional malfunction and accepts it when it happens.

Kinda wanna be eaten also he's not the only one with a heart that possesses a strange quirk *takes my mechanical heart out as it was still pumping hydraulic fluid, my body fixed the damage and used magic to keep everything working, I guess it kind of has a kind of fire that's a part of it due to this part utilising combustion *shows the engine part in the top left*
