This is Violet Winters.

A snow leopard from the City of Seven. She met Lightning while going through schooling and working at a diner. An alchemist and minor witch outside of her bar tables, she can be very michivious, even more so than Lightning at times, leading to magical, friendly rivalries between the two.

Mostly very friendly, she can be very dominant and is a definite "take-charge" individual.

Remember, if you ever find yourself sitting at her bar, try to be respectful. You don't know where... Or what, you'll end up the next morning if she figures you're trouble.
