Kaydon Calley grew up a strange child, from a young age his parents knew he was gay. but never let it slip that they knew, he met his husband, Jake Calley, at the age of 14. they got married in the state of California at the age of 22. at 24, Jake enlisted in the military, after spending nine months in Afghanistan, he was killed by a roadside bomb. Kaydon hopes that someday his husband will come home.

This artwork was drawn, for a friend of of mine, who recently lost his husband to the war. I'm sad to say, he was a great man. And he never deserved to die.
