redesign for  springheel

I ended up going with a golden saker falcon for this species swap design, but tried to keep the overall athletic build. I personally felt it was easier to just keep her feathers facing back in a roughed look over the foward facing hairstyle of the original, but someone with more avian drawing experience than I could probably figure out how to make it work.
