
They'll do this a lot too usually the day after I've seen them moving about so like now.
where they've found a sharp corner like a door frame and build a small web tunnel and sit in it forever.
and then usually starve because there ain't ever any insects in here dude it's just you spiders and I threw the yellow sack outside!

I have never been this level of interested and terrified.
I don't know why they're doing this, though I have a couple guesses. Best guess is that they're trying to make traps for food. I say feed them. Catch some flies, toss them to them, and let them get used to the idea that the inside of the house has food. This will lead to them setting up more normal traps, hopefully, and helping to keep the insect population down.
That's why I let spiders have the roam of my home. I never have to deal with flying insects, or at least don't have to for long.
My other guess is that they're making spots to sleep, though that has no real basis in scientific knowledge on my end, so I'm probably wrong.
