The eighth part of that tarot set I made.
Ruth, the Troll of Wrath, represents Strength.
The Strength arcana is supposed to represent kindness and compassion, and Ruth can be rather kind and mellow, if she doesn't see you as a threat, like this lion she's taking for a walk.
But she is the Troll of Wrath for a reason; Inner strength and brute force is aligned with the reverse Strength, which she also encompasses, in a way.
