Gin!
Gin comes out when Griffin practices magic, and while it may look like a demonic transformation, Gin is still just Griffin with a bit more of an edge to them.
Typically Gin’s magic relates to transformation of physical objects and mental manipulation. (mind reading, hypnosis, etc) While he does slide into this demonic form, because he is not a full demonic spirit, he is unable to cross barriers of life and death with magic meaning he can only do magic to things of the real world and is unable to create life.

Also they have a quite long tongue, which seems to be a fun little bonus
