Just a drawing I did to test my skills, and I thought the idea was kinda cute, the only characters are myself and a random mouse.

ok well I hope this will work for you since its in words and i'm lame at explaing sometimes lol. the first thing i see is it looks like the head and neck so I would round out the back of the head and bring it in thining the neck a bit to show the skull connecting. also the boobs look a little to up on her torso so if you lower them just a small bit I think it would look better. a tip if you want to do it is to make the pupil of the eye looking down at the mouse. it looks like you curved in the middle of the chin. usually the bottom of the mouth is flater and doesn't curve in so if you want you anc bring the line out makeing it a bit flatter. thats all I got on this I hope it helps ^^.
The art is done very well. ( I made the comment hidden since I thought it was not needed).
I see the mouse on the table really has a nice look, as for your character, the only thing I am gonna say is this, I noticed the pocket holding the cookies kinda looks flat. But still impressive to draw it.

First thing I notice is that the hand offering the cookie doesn't really seem to be actually holding it. The cookie seems to kinda just be slid in there. Try holding a cookie (or other substitute disc-shaped item!) to get a general idea of ways it'd sit in the hand.
The legs also seem a little short compared to the rest of the body. What I usually do is check that the legs are at least as long as from the head to about crotch-level. Also, the footpaw that is turned in profile looks to be very flat and floppy. This might just be the angle that you've drawn all of the separate sections of the leg at coming together in a very awkward way combined with the lack of definition from the large, baggy pants.

I have to say I adore the look of your character and her tail especially. Also the mouse is adorable! But I have to echo the legs being a bit too short and the hand seeming to not be holding the cookie. I'm really bad at hands too so when I have to draw them I usually look for a similar hand-pose from other artists or barring that, take a pic of how my hand looks when I'm holding something similar and use it as reference.
I might be wrong but is the tail a tad low? It looks like the way it's bent that it'd be connected in an odd place.

Just wanted to throw out a few comments that haven't been made yet
--Her tail seems to be coming out of her backside too low on her body. If you trace the tail back it's either coming out of the bottom of her butt, or it's bending at an impossible angle.
--There's some thing coming out of her back, just behind the shoulder, and I can't tell what it is. On second glance, it seems like it could be her hood, but I'm not sure.
--The pocket on her shirt doesn't look centered with the rest of her body.
I like what you did with the hair, and those ears are nice, too. Keep working at it. I think you've got a lot of potential.
