It's yet another peaceful day in Anima City. A few months have passed since peace was restored there and Mayor Rosé opened the city to humans. Shirou, Michiru and Nazuna had decided to take a nice relaxing visit to a bookstore café. But a passing nearby conversation between three strangers had caught Shirou's attention all of the sudden. What could they be talking about?

Hey there, welcome to my fan comic! I had actually been working on this story for quite some time now, and I finally completed it. This comic is a labor of love to the BNA: Brand New Animal anime, and something I came up with after pondering on some questions that the anime's current ending left, namely about the Silver Wolf and how others might (mis)interpret the being, as well as a desire for more content and further adventures of Michiru, Shirou, Nazuna, and the other beastmen of Anima City and beyond, for lack of an official announcement from Trigger on whether or not there will be an upcoming second season (or any sort of animated continuation/expansion, or something). By the way, the giraffe, cockatiel and axolotl are completely original characters made for this very story, and do not appear in the anime at all. Some other background beastmen also don't appear in the anime either, and are either cameos, fursonas of some friends, or just there to fill space. I hope you enjoy reading this comic, and even if you don't, I hope you at least get something out of it. I pretty much made this comic story out of pure boredom, as well as a desire to finally get out of a long comic making slump and get back into the groove of things, so please take a look if you want. I know that the story's premise isn't the most original comic plotline out there, but I thought it'd be a good one anyway. I'll continue uploading as time goes on.
