First time to a girl's dorm can be an awkward moment, especially if her roommate is rather unfriendly. Lacy is a Bobcat(felis rufus), but that has nothing to do with her being unfriendly.

hey, here's an idea for the next page.... Lacey and Nimsha see a bug on the floor, and they both happen to have a phobia of bugs and hate 'em too. so chucky steps on it barepawed...like a knight doing a good deed for a lady or something like that. xD...just an idea :3

That was the name given to her by her creator. His story for her was that her father was from a North American country. That slipped my mind when I drew the page and drew both of Nimsha's parents as Siberians. So, I guess her grandfather on her father's side is from North America or Western Europe somewhere.
heh, she sure is generous with those hugs, I wonder if she'd notice he was rather excited. Personally I think the cat is just upset because Nimsha gets all the male callers, the cat seems rather neutral at first then gets pissy when he asks for Nimsha. heh. Personally I hope something happens between them, two floofy tails makes for a nice situation.
The post-hug panel makes me think that Chucky must have a healthy amount of blood in his skunky body... well at least enough to make his face blush while also filling up an area in his lower anatomy, hehehe.
