I do indeed do fox tails. They're $35 each, so a pair would be $70. I've actually done a few more hand painted tails like this, I've been charging $120 for them, since there is quite a lot of demand, it seems. :)

Where do you get such long fur? I want to make my fox tails look that booshy

This is made from Montery Mills white fox fur. I buy it straight from them by the roll. But probably the best source of it if you don't need 15 yards is www.crscrafts.com They have it listed under teddy bear supplies.

Thanks for the link I checked out the site . But im looking and I dont know what is the best fluffy fur to go with. I need yellow, white, and brown fur....which style of fur quality should I go with? Am asking cause your the professional here

Well, the MM fox is some of the best I've used, but sadly it only comes in white, black, and "palomino" which is a light golden brown with a darker base. Nice fur but very limited colors.

For most things I end up using what's a pretty standard fur, there are a dozen or so places that carry it, it's a 2" rather than a 3" like the MM, but it's still very fluffy. http://www.distinctivefabric.com/fa.....ct=SLDLGHRFUR1 is where I buy it. It's very high quality stuff. Hard to shave down but otherwise perfect for just about anything, and it comes in even more colors than they have listed there, if you shop around a bit.

It'd be $750 for body, hands, feet, and tail. Well, assuming you don't want any extras like digitigrade padding, or anything complicated as far as markings go.

And if its two tails? One will be slightly longer than the other.

Hrm. So long as there's nothing else complicated about it, I would happily throw in a second tail at no extra cost.

Nope, they're still $100. :) I do have a pretty full project list right now though so they take a while to make.

This was one of the first few pictures I came across when I started to learn about anthro/furry things and I fell in love with it. This tail is so fluffy and full and realistic looking! It's so pretty!
