Well, I'd say the first thing would be for those clothes to rip off and the belt to pop. Two reasons for that: she won't feel as constricted, and the viewers get to see her unobstructed form (as well as her breasts and vulva, but those are technically parts of her form, albeit erogenous).
Also, have the weight a bit more evenly distributed - her head, arms such should also gain weight to match her bust, torso and thighs.
