Copy the part of the outfit you want to use and paste it in the OC maker

The file you receive is .PSD
You can open it in all apps and programs that support this file type.

Skin Color
Backgrounds

The OC maker comes with 2 text files called READ ME, the rules are stated there again and also how to change the colors.
