
Life's A Chibi: Steps
Some steps that I myself take whenever a dark cloud looms over my head. Its important to have a "healing ritual" for yourself whenever you start to feel down - a few steps to calm your body, your mind and your breathing. Everyone has different ways of relaxing. Some read, others go for a walk, play games, etc. Find what makes you calm and happy. When your mind is crying out that its in a dark place, you need to take steps to comfort your mind to ease it's doubts and despairs and involve it into something that is joyous and relaxing. Take care of yourself and find ways to make you happy.
