She raised her sword and gave the cry, this is not our time to die! And with that shout, she sallied out driving into the fray, the brightshield shining like the day,

The captain fair was made aware, of the shout from the Shield, and with blade in hand he took the field Staring down the valiant maid, the last defense to his gruesome raid.

He expected her to quake with fright, preparing for his bronzesteel bite, but instead she stood her ground, no ounce of worry to be found, and on that bloody day, reverbed the motto of the Montroulez! She took his head with a mighty hack, "if you bite us, we bite you back!!!"

Rozera is the child of a wealthy family of textile merchants of the city of Montroulez, a trading port in the North of Letha. Expected to take over the family business of flax production, Rozera chose to defy her parents wishes, becoming a lieutenant in the well-financed Montroulez militia, taking part in the defense of the city against a devastating attack by raiders from the Fortunate Isles. During the infamous raid, she defended a barricade along the Uhelstraed along a barricade, preventing the attackers from reaching the interior of the city, rallying a counterattack that drove the pirates back to the harbor. This event gained her the moniker "the Brightshield", drawn from her brilliant golden armor that glinted in the fires burning across the city. Rozera's exploits drew the attention of the Barons of Blackwater, gaining a high position in the elite Winguard, where she excelled, rising to the rank of Kabitanez of the Wyvern Riders.

Wearing a distinctive set of Goldsteel armor and a red cape of deep red fabric, Rozera cuts a dramatic figure on the battlefield, wielding a unique bastard sword of Kriores design, expertly crafted to add power to her swings, a gift from the Kriores merchants of Montroulez for protecting their homes and businesses from the raiders.

Rozera lives for the thrill of battle and the clink of coin, goals well suited to her role in the Wyvern gaurd. While mercenary in her habits, she remains fiercely loyal to her friends and those under her command. She prides herself on being the first to enter a battle and the last to leave, and will not give an order she herself will not carry out. Her exploits and dashing figure make her the most well known of the Dragons of Dreger, with songs and stories of her exploits spread across the Peninsula.
