this is my and bro's RP, but we very rarely correspond lately, and it's been a long time since we roleplay
sometimes we come up with secondary characters for the development of the plot, we add something new to the characters and appearance of the guys, so while there is no definite ending
so it happens, I sometimes give out something heartbreaking haha

While, on the weekends, I do a D&D style game based upon the world of One piece.
I have written a number of character sheets for recurring characters, as well as a good number of backstories for a variety of different peopole, some happy and some tragic.
This includes a captain who names his ship after his wife who was lost at sea, who journeys to seek his daughter, the only member of his family left, as he is sure that the daughter is still alive, sure that as much as he had tried to be the selfless sacrifice to spare his wife and daughter. Fate had given him a twist, allowing him to survive while separating him from his family. Although there is some evidence to suggest his wife perished at sea, there are no bodies of either hiswife or daughter.
He grieved for the loss of his wife, he has, secretly, been given a sign that his daughter is alive, and is chasing leads, sailing the sea in order to find her. So far, he has always been too late, she is gone, but sees a sign that she is still alive, even if there are no clues where she is.
