What you can know about Sorri she is hydra even if she dosent look like coz of just 1 head but thats the point she merge with others to turn them into her new heads and she do it on 2 ways:

1. she turn person into her head but keep they memory and personality so head have details of previous form like horns hair or other stuff that person had
2. she totaly assimilate her victim that it become in mind like her then head almoust look same as Sorri just will little diffrence in shape of fin or horns

When Sorri gets bored of one of heads she remove it from her that head become new kobold that servs her if it want or not
