Ingredients
Black pepper
Garlic powder
Parsley
Sweet baby bell peppers 4 pack $4.48
Bear creek country kitchen cheddar broccoli rice mix $2.00
Prego pasta sauce garden combo $2.49
Total $8.97
Cooking instructions
Pre heat oven to 400 or 405 degrees and bring a pot of water to a boil.
Next wash and scrub your peppers then cut the tops off and scoop out the seeds
Then cut the stems off the top of the peppers .
Next grab a backing pan place some foil on it and spray with pam
Next after water comes to a boil mix rice in and cook for ten minutes until tender.
While there is 2 minutes left mix half of the Prego jar in with the rice to cook.
After the rice and sauce is mixed grab your peppers and stuff them and place them on your tray.
Place your peppers tops on the pan and stuff as well.
After ovens pre heated cook for 15 to 25 minutes
And the peppers come out great
