Looks like Broski showed up to see Tai's new look. Broski is a good natured bro and jock whose happy to work out, show off, and hang out. This, of course, checks so many boxes for Tai. He can't help but be shy around the wolf. Lucky Broski doesn't have that problem and engages with him anyways.
