And the final Birthday themed picture for this year, comes from the patreon of

Much the same as previous years, Ember and Hula Girl in Quicksand, with a birthday cake, and a little help this year, kind of. ;). Ember is trying to be festive, despite the circumstances, Hula Girl is just done with this, and poor Chel. ;).
It seems the girls are definitely getting tired of this birthday tradition I’ve been doing these past few years, even if Ember is trying not to ruin the festivities. I do love the differences in the attitudes and expressions in this picture, and what they say about the character’s involved. Hula Girl, though normally used to being festive and in the spotlight, clearly has her limits, and those limits have been reached by the current situation, certainly not someone you want to get on the wrong side of. Ember, clearly not fond of the situation, is still trying to be abit festive, which says a lot about her energy and her kind-heartedness, yet clearly you can tell that is a forced smile, as she is well aware of what is going on, as she argues with Hula Girl. Then there is Chel, who’s clearly panicked and fearful expression is quite fitting to the depth she’s at, and the shake lines around her arms and head really accent how she is straining to keep the cake up, as it is weighing her down, and I do love how Hula Girl’s skulls seem to share Chel’s worried expression. Another difference I find very interesting is how all three of these tropical beauties have appropriately tanned skin, but each is a slightly different from the others in tone. The jungle background is very nicely done, with that humid jungle haze evident behind them, and of course the muddy quicksand they are mired in looks to be quite thick and gooey, certainly not the kind of thing any of these three would want to be stuck in, as they are. And, of course, that is indeed a very nice, and heavy, looking cake, a nice touch for a festive birthday picture, not that the girls would appreciate the extra weight it is putting on them. ;).

That unsure is bad luck since it keeps happening, also it definitely seems like Chel is gonna need some help since she’s almost completely sunk, also sheesh, Ember and Hula girl really do not have much luck since this keeps happening, I hope that they’ll be able to escape before they all completely go under, and before the cake gets ruined also Atleast Ember is trying to be festive despite what’s going on, also one thing ik is that it’s definitely gonna be a pretty muddy escape for them, also I’ll admit that this kinda reminds me of the jungle tour series, which was amazing.
Yeah, bad luck indeed, and yeah Chel is definitely going to need some help there, oh, very bad luck, it's almost as if someone plans this each year. ;) Oh, I'm sure they will manage, and no doubt the cake will be fine. And yeah, it is a birthday, gotta atleast try to be festive, but yeah, likely to be very muddy, and yeah, the quicksand and jungle background do look very similar to that series, and I'm glad you liked it. :)
More like loved it since that’s how amazing it was, also heh Hula girl’s expression alone is enough to say how she feels about this, and let’s just hope that they can get out soon, as well as that theirs a lake or pond, or hot spring nearby so they can get cleaned up, also it definitely seems like Chel is gonna be the muddiest out of them all, and yeah the quicksand and jungle background sure are similar to the jungle tour series, which I really loved since it was really good, plus I honestly found it a little funny how just after Hula girl fell in, Ember tried cleaning the mud off her, only to end smearing it or adding more mud.
Glad to hear it, and yeah, her expression does say it all, and I'm sure they will get out and get cleaned up sooner or later, and Chel will certainly be the muddiest. Yeah, definitely a similar background and that was a good series, and yeah, that was a bit funny, trying to help only to end up making it worse. ;)
Yeah, it definitely was pretty funny also it definitely seems like I’m that series, Hula girl’s confidence or pride ended up getting her into a very muddy situation, also yeah, Hula girl’s expression definitely says it all, but Atleast Ember is trying to remain happy and positive, also Atleast they’ll hopefully get out sooner or later.
Ember and Hula Girl are capable of holding a cake that big and heavy no problem. But with Chel, she's another story ;). After all, she's the only one out of the three that fights off Monsters and protects an island ;). But I will say, at least she's trying XD . Another great picture from Sho :). Just to see these three together all while trying to present a cake ;).

Yeah, it could be her positioning, but Chel is definitely not doing as well as Ember and Hula Girl. ;). Yeah, that is true, as far as we know she doesn't protect an island or fight monsters. ;). Indeed she is. Oh, absolutely, I'm glad you like it. :). Quite the sight indeed. ;)

Ah Ember, ever the optimist, even when she really shouldn't, though I love how completely done Hula Girl is with the whole situation. If she had her way, next year she and Ember will probably be eating some cake while Chel sinks in the background. Great pic and great story, as per usual! ;)
