Just some other little thing I threw together because I felt like I really needed to do something with dark clouds and a cityscape as the background. cx
Also practice working with a thinner brush (I normally use a 3-point brush, this time I used a 2-point!) and I think it looks alright heh
I wonder what he's looking at out there? Maybe he's not looking at anything at all, could be he's just lost in thought for the nth time...

At least the weather's nice, by my standards heh
