Sort-of-ref sheet that 
the--shambles drew for me when I was trying to figure out how to make my Pokesona look more distinct.
The only two things different from a normal Pancham are the hair and the belly fur pattern (it goes low-high-low peaks instead of high-low-high.)
The jacket and bowtie/bow are for illustration only and not part of the actual character.
Also I'd prefer it if he was a bit taller than on-model Pancham because people might think he's young (he is the same age as me, 25 at the time of posting.)
