Life isn't always easy when you're literally part-blimp. Something as simple as a drop in atmospheric pressure can cause your body to expand out of control. Primrose the Drifpunny is evidently no stranger to getting puffed up against her will during stormy weather; at least her favorite parasol is caught in the same updraft that she is.
